1. Who We Are

TF2S Trades operates tf2s-trades.web.app and the student portal. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. What We Collect

Enrolment: name, email, phone. Sign-in: Google profile or email only. Student profile: name, phone, address (voluntary). We do not store payment card details.

3. How We Use It

• Confirm enrolments and send cohort access details
• Issue invoices and receipts
• Respond to support queries
• Comply with Indian tax law

4. Storage

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore, asia-south1/Mumbai region). Payment records are held by Razorpay per RBI guidelines.

5. Sharing

We share data only with Razorpay (payment), Firebase (storage), and Telegram (cohort invites). We do not sell data.

6. Retention

Enrolment records: 7 years minimum (tax compliance). Profile data: while account is active.

7. Your Rights

• Access your data
• Correct inaccuracies via the student portal
• Request profile data deletion
• Withdraw communications consent
