Our Approach
We don't make it hard to get a refund. The conditions below exist to protect cohort integrity — particularly for Mastery, where your seat blocks another applicant.
Foundation — 7-Day Refund
Full refund within 7 calendar days of enrolment, no questions asked, provided fewer than 3 modules have been accessed.
Trader's Track — 14-Day Refund
Full refund within 14 calendar days of enrolment. No module access condition.
Mastery 1:1 — Non-Refundable After Kickoff
Non-refundable after the kickoff call. If you haven't attended the kickoff yet, email us to discuss. If TF2S cancels before kickoff, full refund is issued automatically.
How to Request
Email hello@tf2strades.com with your name, enrolled email, program, and Razorpay payment ID. We acknowledge within 24 business hours.
Processing Time
Approved refunds: 7–10 working days via original payment method. UPI: 2–3 days. Cards: up to 10 days.
