1. About TF2S Trades

TF2S Trades is a trading-education platform based in India. We offer structured learning programs covering equity, F&O, commodities, and currency markets. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any TF2S Trades program or accessing the student portal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolments are processed through Razorpay. Payment confirms your seat in the selected cohort. Prices are in INR inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Course Access and Delivery

Programs are delivered via private Telegram cohorts and Google Drive recordings. Access is personal and non-transferable.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content is the intellectual property of TF2S Trades. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written consent.

6. Refund Policy

• Foundation: 7-day refund, fewer than 3 modules accessed.
• Trader's Track: 14-day refund window.
• Mastery 1:1: Non-refundable after the kickoff call.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to Indian court jurisdiction.
